Avoid exhaustion during exposure to the sun

  • Use sun protection gear like an umbrella, hat, cap, sunglass, etc during exposure to the sun
  • Avoid strenuous activity outdoor during day time or on very hot days
  • Maintain fluid balance
  • Consume easily to digest food with less spice and oil
  • Avoid carbonated drinks, alcohol-based drinks, and alcohol
  • It is best to quit smoking but for now, avoid smoking
  • Take bath daily if required 1-2 times daily
