Avoid exhaustion during exposure to sun

Use sun protection gears like umbrella, hat, cap, sunglass etc during exposure to sun
Avoid strenuous activity outdoor during day time or very hot days
Maintain fluid balance
Consume easy to digest food with less spice and oil
Avoid carbonated drinks, alcohol based drinks and alcohol
It is best to quit smoking but for now avoid smoking
Take bath daily if required 1-2 times daily
