Avoid exhaustion during exposure to sun

  • Use sun protection gears like umbrella, hat, cap, sunglass etc during exposure to sun
  • Avoid strenuous activity outdoor during day time or very hot days
  • Maintain fluid balance
  • Consume easy to digest food with less spice and oil
  • Avoid carbonated drinks, alcohol based drinks and alcohol
  • It is best to quit smoking but for now avoid smoking
  • Take bath daily if required 1-2 times daily
