- Use sun protection gears like umbrella, hat, cap, sunglass etc during exposure to sun
- Avoid strenuous activity outdoor during day time or very hot days
- Maintain fluid balance
- Consume easy to digest food with less spice and oil
- Avoid carbonated drinks, alcohol based drinks and alcohol
- It is best to quit smoking but for now avoid smoking
- Take bath daily if required 1-2 times daily
