Summer cooking for easy digestion

Avoid using much spices
Deep fried, pan fried, fried foods is best to be avoided, prefer baked, steamed, boiled and food cooked in less oil
Too much of protein rich food both from animal sources or plant sources is to be avoided
Vegetables coked in low oil, less spices is easy to digest
Meat based food is best to baked or cooked with less oil and spices
Try eat freshly cooked or prepared
Do not keep recipes too dry, light bland gravy is helpful
