Get some sunlight daily – some benefits

Early morning to early part of the noon is good time to get sunlight. It is good to get 5-15 minutes of sunlight daily or 3-4 days a week.
We get Vitamin D
Promotes Serotonin (Important for mental health and mood booster)
Moderate exposure to sunlight helps reduce chances of cancer
It improves immune system
