Avoid skin problems

Keep skin clean
Remove make-up and any other external thing applied on skin as per instruction
Do not overuse any skin ointment beyond prescribed days and avoid self-medication
Do not unnecessarily rub, itch skin, if there is itching, redness on skin then see a skin specialist
Daily bath is important
Eat freshly cooked and home cooked food that contains cereals, vegetables, plant and animal sources of proteins etc. Eat a balanced diet.
Take adequate rest
Fluid balance in body is important
