Ginger and Turmeric
  • Gargle with lukewarm water adding a pinch of salt
  • Take steam inhalation
  • Take turmeric powder, ginger powder and a teaspoon of honey in luke warm water
  • Take tea with tulsi leaves, crushed ginger and black pepper
  • Drink hot water with few drops of ghee and a pinch of salt
