5 Times to avoid refrigerated cold food and beverages

Right after workout, give the body time to cool down, wait for around 15-30 minutes. You can eat or drink food that is freshly cooked, warm and water kept at room temperature
Just after returning from outdoors during sunny days and noon time
If you are suffering from cough and cold
Do not combine warm food and cold beverages or vice versa
Do not drink refrigerated water just waking up after sleep
